Our in-house machine shop makes custom seals, back-up rings, wear rings, and bushings when a catalog part won’t fit. We machine PTFE, filled PTFE, PEEK, nylon, and other engineering polymers to your drawing, sample, or worn part, from one-off repairs to repeat production.

Kitting
We assemble seal kits so every part for a rebuild or service interval arrives together, built to your drawing or bill of materials with each component counted and labeled. We kit for pumps, valves, wellheads, BOPs, and downhole tools, and repeat kits can be stocked and released on your schedule.

Rubber Molding
We mold O-rings, gaskets, custom seal profiles, and bonded rubber-to-metal parts in NBR, HNBR, EPDM, FKM, and FEPM. Compression, transfer, and injection molding cover everything from prototypes and short runs to repeat production.

Cast Polyurethane
We cast polyurethane seals, wipers, pads, bushings, and liners in-house for equipment where abrasion and tear resistance decide service life. Hardness is matched to each application, and parts can be cast to size or finish-machined to final dimensions.
