Kitting
Moss Seal assembles seal kits so every component needed for a rebuild, service interval, or new build arrives together in one package. Instead of sourcing O-rings, back-up rings, lip seals, wipers, and packing from multiple part numbers and suppliers, you receive a single kit built to your drawing or bill of materials, with every part identified and counted. We kit for pumps, valves, wellheads, BOPs, and downhole tools, from one-off repair kits to repeat production kits stocked and released on your schedule.

ENGINEERING
Kit Design
Our team builds each kit from your equipment list, pulling parts from stock or manufacturing what's missing, then packaging and labeling for the shop floor or the field.
Kit design
We start from your drawing, BOM, or existing OEM kit and confirm every seal by size, profile, and material. Where a part is obsolete or a compound needs upgrading for temperature or fluid, we recommend a replacement and document the change so the kit matches the equipment in service.
Assembly & packaging
Components are picked, counted, and verified against the kit list, then bagged, labeled, and packed in the order they're needed for the rebuild. Labels carry part numbers, material, and quantity, with kit-level and component-level identification available for traceability.
Stocking & release
Repeat kits can be held in stock and released against blanket orders, call-offs, or maintenance schedules, so parts are ready when the equipment comes in. Kit contents are revision-controlled, and changes to your BOM are rolled into the next release.
