Return Policy

Effective 3/27/2023 for online orders only (see note at page bottom):

Thank you for your interest in our products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers
are satisfied with their purchases and that we are able to maintain the quality of our products.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the
purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging
and must not have been used or damaged.

Return Shipment:

If you are requesting a refund due to an error on our part, such as a defective product or incorrect item
shipped, we will cover the cost of return shipment. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or
other reason on your part, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipment.

Restocking Fee:

In addition to return shipment costs, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the
product for all returns. This fee is to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the
product. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the
reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product
and process your refund.


Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned
product. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.

Note: This refund policy only applies to online orders made directly from our website. If you are an OEM customer
or have purchased our products through a third-party distributor, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined
in your purchase agreement. Our refund policy does not apply to orders made through these channels. If you have
